The Board met this week and considered the setting of subscription levels for the coming year.  We are cognisant of the need to contain costs while providing the best possible service to Members from our overall revenue base.  The Club is a recipient of considerable support from our Holding Member through the 30 memberships held and paid for, as well as the operating losses incurred by the Manager throughout the year.  The Club’s total operations are moving towards cash flow break even, however we are not there yet and subscriptions are being set with these factors in mind.

The subscriptions for 2019/20 Membership year will be set as follows:

• Increases in fees for membership and carts will be contained within an overall 2% target, and
• Individual, Dual and Intermediate Members will each receive 2 vouchers for guest play at Magenta Shores.  The vouchers may be used until 30 June 2020 at which time they will expire.  It is hoped Members will use those vouchers to introduce potential new members to the Club.

The renewal notices will be issued later this month and we remind Members that payment is due by 30 June, in accordance with the new procedure established last year.
